The existence of ‘GT-TheCoach’ is to guide students and working professionals in identifying their core values, personality, abilities, and interests. On this basis then, I help them uncover career or occupation possibilities where they can thrive and succeed. What they get is not just ‘What’ they can become but also ‘How’ they can. I value trust and dedication, which is why my fellow clients will always find me next to them, when they need help. 

My vision is to help every client who passes through my office-door or online-window achieve career success with inner happiness.

I have been a recipient of career guidance myself some years ago and have thereon focused on applying my strengths and passion in coaching and counseling businesses and individuals to unravel their hidden potential. My one-to-one sessions with individuals are focused on their abilities and possibilities. At the end of it they know what their career destination is and what are the different ways to reach that destination. In addition to this I can also coach them at taking the right actions to achieve the desired results.
